We remain open for business BUT, have taken further appropriate precautionary measures to keep our customers and staff safe from the further spread of COVID-19 in Timmins. Because of the number of staff we have on site on a daily basis and the high customer foot traffic from Timmins and surrounding areas.

Beginning today, March 20th, our main entrances will be temporarily closed to regular customer foot traffic. Our phones remain on during our regular business hours AND we will be providing customer access by appointment only. Our dedicated staff are working on-site and on rotation behind the scenes to ensure our store is being kept up to the highest standards and ready for your next visit.

In the meantime, you can still browse our website for all the great products and services that we offer from the comfort and safety of your home.
You’re encouraged to contact our sales or parts team via Facebook, e-mail, telephone or text message. We know our customers still need “stuff” and will probably want to take advantage of their idle time to prepare their equipment and
products for the upcoming season.

To assist with these tasks we will provide complimentary delivery of your parts, oils and even pellets and rubs for your Traeger for FREE! Our staff will be happy to work with you to see this happen in a timely fashion.

You will still be able to keep scheduled service appointments and also make new ones. Unit pickup and deliveries are available upon request. Please call or message us for all your needs or to get more details.

We plan to return to our normal business operation on Wednesday April 1st. We thank you for your continued support and understanding. We will keep you updated and look forward to seeing you again soon.
